8000Hz Polling & Ultra-Low Latency

The Tarantula 8K supports up to 8000Hz polling over a wired connection, with GameSir specifying 0.25ms latency on its current product page. This high polling rate is designed to provide fast and responsive input registration for competitive gameplay.

Gen-2 GameSir Mag-Res TMR Sticks

The controller uses Gen-2 GameSir Mag-Res TMR sticks. Their magnetic sensing design eliminates physical contact within the sensing mechanism, while providing smoother and more linear control and improved resistance to traditional stick-drift issues.

Dual-Mode Trigger Stops

The Tarantula 8K gives you two trigger modes. You can use the triggers as Hall Effect analog triggers for smooth, progressive input, or activate the Micro Switch trigger stops for shorter, clickier actuation when fast responses are needed.

Micro Switch ABXY Buttons

The ABXY buttons use Micro Switch technology, providing tactile and responsive button presses suitable for competitive gaming. The D-pad uses tactile switches as well.
